Traditions is a family-run business based in the island city of Nassau, Bahamas, and is rooted in a family tradition of creativity, craftsmanship and the kind of hard work so familiar to immigrant families the world over. From the Greek islands to the Bahama islands in the early 1900s, the Klonaris family grew up learning to put creative talents to practical use, and surviving.

Now, in the 21st century, Traditions has come to life, celebrating the very same creative spirit that has made the store unique. Our furniture collections reflect many different styles, Plantation, Rustic, Traditional fused with modern international design trends. We carry a large collection of accessories and Art.

We also carry a wide range of products that include wood and stone sculptures, original Raku fired ceramics, hand-woven baskets, hand-blown glass work, hand-painted candles, hand-rolled soaps and an eclectic array of hand-crafted jewelry, including the largest collection of hand-carved cameos outside of Italy.

Located on the corner of Bay and Victoria, Traditions has become well known to both visitors and Bahamians alike. Our online store is a living branch of our on-land shop, making Traditions accessible to people everywhere.
